Nena is **the most** important thing to me ever. Words cannot properly show just how frustrated I feel since I recieved her diagnosis since this could have been treated so much sooner

After 2 years of visits, my 13 y/o chi Nena has been diagnosed with a 3cm splenic mass that has likely been slowly bleeding this entire time.
