Psyc Drop: As a psychologist, I believe it would be better if we spent less time exploring the "depths" of human behaviour, and more time exploring its "shallows". There's a reason why it's harder to get people to eat small portions (diet), but easier to get people to just not eat at all (fasting).

Psyc Drop: Reality is almost always less important than perception in the human psyche. If we spent more time fixing massively faulty perceptions than trying to improve an already acceptable reality, we'd perhaps go further as a species.

Psyc Drop: Organisations that implement RTO mandates after successful WFH stints are generally less concerned about work quality than they are a sense of control, which on the whole, leads to lower meaningfulness and engagement in the workplace.
