My fabulous workplace is holding a bake sale tomorrow for world down syndrome day. what we have done alongside some beautiful cakes is create a beautiful display board, posters, information packs about what having the right support means to people and the impact it has on them living a great life 💙💛

I genuinely love my job all year round but during December it's unbelievably good, we have had a christmas fete, Elf antics, christmas crafts and baking and all the while getting our families involved and improving our service user experiences 🥰 #LDnursing #betteroutcomes #happyvibes
