I'm glad I didn't read this arc until now because I would have been furious waiting 7 years for this shit to unfold. It's such a nothing arc with really bland characters and Whitley in particular, who is supposed to be a lead, barely even needed to exist.
Onward to Black 2 & White 2. I remember hearing a lot about the constant hiatuses this one went through (it's only 24 chapters, and it took 7 years to publish all of them), but thankfully I don't need to deal with those.

Seconding this as a huge fan. Scrapnik Island is genuinely one of the best pieces of Sonic media, if you ask me. Absolutely worth a read.
