i'd rather an unfathomable quantity of problematic art that i don't want to see exist than it being banned and some with those kinks pushed into the shadows, away from community, where they might end up harming actual human beings in real life. everyone should be able to explore their kinks safely.

This is basically what happened to lolisho content at the start, in the sense that PayPal, MasterCard, et al innovated this death-by-debanking policy by first figuring out how to do it via lolisho. Which a lot of us (self included) did not want to defend. But I think that was a strategic error
