Simply looking at time in raid and pull counts, Echo would have likely won this tier had @worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com given us a global release. It's unfortunate that there's such a disparity in start times. It clouds the waters, creates an uneven playing field. #rwf #warcraft #worldofwarcraft
