We are pleased the court agreed with us: deploying National Guard troops in this manner is unwarranted and damaging to our military. Maintaining the clear line between domestic policing and military service is essential for our institutional integrity.

Trump suspending offshore wind under the guise of "national security" is a political gift to fossil fuel donors that actually makes us less safe. It spikes energy bills, increases blackout risks, and weakens our energy independence. Clean energy IS security.

“Why should I care if criminals are killed?” I see this comment everywhere. Here’s why it matters: these boat strikes aren’t war, they’re law enforcement. When the government can execute people without trial, the rule of law collapses. Due process protects Americans and U.S. service members.

BREAKING: In a case that Vet Voice Foundation filed an amicus brief along with States United, the Judge has blocked the deployment of National Guard troops in Los Angeles! We argued to the judge that the deployment damages the cohesiveness and reputation of our great military.
