So here’s like, a parenting thing I realized I had different growing up that I didn’t learn from tv or from a parenting TikTok but I’m sure other parents do it too.
I have an almost three year old and that means that during daycare pickup she wanders around just a little and at the store etc etc…

My favourite part of injuring myself at 33 is learning where I’m actually injured 9 to 10 hours later and then preparing for it to be worse the day after.
