Been at this over 20 years, it's important you have your own site, I have seen publishers come and go, promises broken and sites burnt, others castles (sites) will sink and you will have to rebuild when they do. Only your own castle will last you a lifetime.

Yesterday I went to the Russian/ex-USSR neighborhood of my town for the first time in a few years... I am lucky it's out of the way for me because the cheap-but-great chocolate and piroshkis would make me even larger ^^; Cheapest tea in the city also. Thanks for mysteriously not tariffing them ig. 😅

This may sound stupid but it's evidenced-based.
If you're inadvertently exposed to something traumatic and you're able, take some time to play Tetris.
There is a known association between playing Tetris post-exposure and a reduction in risk of PTSD and distress severity.
(We don't know why yet.)
