Just use a label that communicates what you currently are and feel. Don't make shit up about what you used to be or what you might be later. If you're bi, just take pride in being bi. The only reason to add lesbian onto that label is insecurity or in-group signaling, it has no communicative value.
And I mean ultimately it's just labels. I've referred to myself variably as bi, pan, bi/pan, bi lesbian, demi, gray ace, and I've shifted in and out of which one I like more and I wish more folks were comfortable opening themselves up to that kind of "evolution" (not to imply "improvement")
