A late start list update this morning, thanks to @procyclingstats.com spotting the Q36.5 instagram story that lists Tom Pidcock starting instead of brother Joe. I'd still keep an eye on this one as the race approached, just in case there's been a mix up. But, for now, Tom is added to the start list.
