Switched from being a lifelong fan of DC shoes to Puma. The customer support was incredible. Fedex lost my package, wouldn't help me, and hung up on me. Called Puma and they're 2 day shipping me shoes to be here for a trip. Best Customer Service I've had in years.

Hot take: when food people say you can't taste the coffee in the chocolate thing, that it just makes it taste like more chocolate, they're lying. I can taste the coffee and its ruining many chocolate things.

AI continues to make my life harder. Windows updates for May include AI in the package and it has taken me 4+ hours to update servers that previously took less than 1.
