IDA21 reaches a record $100bn. Delighted that the UK was able to support. #IDA21 is simpler for clients, more focused on impact, creating jobs, tackling fragility, building resilience & empowering women. These will be the metrics of success in the years ahead. But today 👏🏽 to all involved!

Pleased to be at the UN for the second preparatory session ahead of the Financing for Development conference (which 🇪🇸 will host next summer). Partnerships between the UN and International Financial Institutions will be critical to success.
