It is mind-blowing that the majority of the folks who voted for this circus are also negatively impacted by all of it… again! And it is not like the plans were a secret.

It seems accurate for how things have been going for nearly a decade, if not longer.
if I understand American politics correctly, progressivism is something that requires 60 senate votes to work, while national conservatism doesn’t require any votes at all

Grocery prices are climbing faster as shortages start rolling in. Produce isn't getting picked/harvested, and milk isn't getting processed. These industries have labor shortages because people are afraid to show up to work. Eggs are constantly sold out, and prices are skyrocketing. Welcome to 2025!

These sexual harassment allegations have to stop. To be clear, My exhaustion is not with the people stepping forward; it is with the people who think their privilege is a free pass to do what they want to other people. What is so tricky about being kind and getting consent?

As a team manager, it can be draining to support your team in the aftermath of the election, regardless if their felt impact or position on the election aligns with your own. Remember to make room for your feelings and not impose them on your team. That is what leadership is all about. 😅
