Its often said that non vegans are responsible for around 100 or more animals being slaughtered a year. I mean that depends…if your favourite meal deal sandwich is prawn mayo, then we could be talking 1000s. 15 prawns per sandwich and 261 weekdays a year thats 3915 lives already.

The reason non vegans like to frame veganism as a dietary preference rather than a justice movement, is because a justice movement requires them to change whereas a preference does not.
