That sign says taxpayers spend $649 billion in subsidies a year on fossil fuels like taxpayers made that choice. Why doesn’t that sign put the onus on the government? We “taxpayers” don’t get to vote for this shit and I’m pretty sure we wouldn’t. Tax the rich and corporations. I’d vote for that!
