Ratshaker (PS5) is a rather pleasant game, pretty standard really. No notes.

Presentiment of Death (PSVR2) looks great, sounds good and has a neat idea, but falls flat due to technical issues, no aim assist at all with an inconsistent at best weapon, and barely any content. Avoid until fixed.

Stick Fight: The Game (PS4) is probably a real romp with other players, but online multiplayer didn't work except for one time where no one but me could move & after I killed them we all sank into the ground & couldn't start a new round. Did it solo.

Mortal Kombat 11 (PS4) had a bunch of trophies auto-popping, the standout being the 250 towers. Glad I could get Plat#155 without enduring that insane grind again.
Really good game, I even figured out I had a color blind filter on for the PS5 version 😅 BLOOD!

Gleylancer (Genesis on PS4) was a nice revisit of a shmup I can actually beat legitimately. It's short, plays well and gave me Plat#154 and a completed Sparkle Shot square.

War of the Monsters (PS2 on PS4) is the same as the PS5 version, but I needed it to score points for that silly trophy challenge @mattkuo.bsky.social roped me into.
Actually I just loved to keep beating giant monsters and huge robots to a pulp. Plat#153

War of the Monsters (PS2 on PS5) is a cheesy monster flick come to life. You are a huge monster or giant robot and need to punch huge monsters and giant robots to a pulp. Controls are weird, but the game was very fun. Plat#152

I was very sleepy the other day & thought to myself, "I can't play anything demanding, it needs to be easy on the eyes" and thus started up Hidden Through Time (PS4), a game where you need to intensely stare at the screen to look for stuff for hours. Plat#152

LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens (Vita) is my first LEGO game completion and it was a treat. Perfect game to whip out on long car rides or in a lull. It has some quirks, but overall very enjoyable, funny and stacked with Star Wars goodness.

Bahnsen Knights (PS5) concludes the Pixel Pulps Collection for the Fanboy* square and also has a helicopter explode in a glorious fireball for the Tales of the Lesser Helicopters square. Great adventure game, really enjoyed the whole trilogy. Get it!

Twisted Metal (PS on PS4) has level select cheats which I used for keeping what little is left of my sanity and getting the Game Shark square.
Having already gotten used to the controls made this playthrough much more enjoyable! Rough, but neat.

Twisted Metal (PS on PS5) controls weird and has enemies that can fuck you up in no time out of nowhere. The overall gameplay loop of driving around and shooting other cars and bikes is nice though. Played on easy for the Catharsis square.

Astro Bot (PS5, new account) was one of my favorite games last year, so I rebeat it on my US account and got the platinum for it again. Banger rebeat for Banger Rebeat rebeat square where you have to rebeat a banger. Still highly recommended!

Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate (PS5) can play itself for you for most of its platinum journey. That is so weird, but a great excuse "not to play" it while my gf wasn't here as she wanted me to keep my crappy skill level so she could eviscerate me in VS. Plat#146

The free DLC for Astro Bot (PS5) is a delight, mostly keeping with the quality of the main game and offering time trials, leaderboards and a lot of variety. It was particularly fun to dethrone @blinkoom.bsky.social on some of these levels!

Diablo III (PS3) without its expansion is a great game hindered by very slow endgame progression and weak item design. It was still a hoot for the first 15ish hours, getting all but one trophy, but a boring slog for that last one as it took as long. Plat#145

We Love Katamari Reroll + Royal Reverie (PS5) is another fantastic Katamari game held back a little bit by two annoying at best control schemes & a ton of padding in the latter half. Aside from that, everything you want from a game like this is here. Plat#144

Super Panda Land (Game Boy) is a game made by a Game Boy YouTuber I quite like featuring a panda that fights handhelds gone rogue. It's quite simple, uneven & suffers from enormous slowdown when played on original hardware. Better played on itch. Music slaps!

Pursuit Force (PSP on PS5) is a pretty decent combat racing game where you can jump to other vehicles mid-chase, kill the driver & hijack them. The story is pretty mid 2000s, the visuals have been uprezzed nicely & the jank is pervasive. Solid 7/10.

My friend asked me how I beat Dark Souls Remastered (PS4) in under 4 hours, so I showed him when he was over. This game is a hoot from beginning to end, I should play it more often.
For what it's worth, I also cleaned up all trophies on Touch My Katamari!
