Starting to watch Love Through a Prism and wow, a very gorgeous anime. I love the plot so far, and it even managed to get my mom to watch it, who rarely ever looks at anime these days.

Yesterday, I ended up falling out of bed like an old dumbass. My right leg hit a table and made a cut / bruise. My wounded foot rang in pain for a few hours.
This is gonna be a long recovery...

Guess I'll watch the ball drop from my hospital bed. I couldn't get discharged today, maybe Friday. Without the wound vacuum, recovery time could take half a year now.

Health update.
My foot is healing well, and now the post op plans are in motion. I'll be handling wound care from home as I heal. Getting (yet again) a midline put in for daily antibiotics for 4 weeks.
If things go as they are, I might be able to leave the hospital next week.

Waited a few days to announce this, but...I'm in the hospital, my foot is severely infected, and I'm getting further amputation surgery tomorrow.
