OPERATION TANK THE INAUGURATION: To sabotage the inauguration's TV ratings, leave the TV on but tune to any NATIONAL channel that isn’t broadcasting it. HGTV, Food Network, etc, with nationwide audiences. Local channels won’t have the same impact. A simple act of rebellion that anyone can do.
