A common mistake when attempting to squat is balancing over the ball of the foot or the heels alone. When we squat, we want to feel as stable as possible. That is accomplished by pressing the floor with the tripod of the foot and think "monkey feet" while grabbing the floor.

Do you change your workouts around the holidays? For instance, do you alter the intensity or frequency of your workouts for Thanksgiving or late December? Do you increase your cardio or adjust your nutrition habits?
