My biggest advice to anyone nervous about being seen online:

Just don’t quit.

Post like a machine.

People are listening, even if they’re silent.

Show up. A lot.

Don’t overthink your posts.

You’re not awkward; they are.

That’s why they’re not posting. Stop caring what they think, keep going.
