Today I presented my PhD “Unions and Female Representation: the Case of FAI CISL Piemonte” to the @effat.org Gender Committee. An inspiring meeting that reaffirmed: unions must be feminist — no worker is strong unless all, including women, are strong!

Just back from the second meeting of the #YouthSocialDialogue, where we had the chance to exchange views with @christophehansen.bsky.social . Once again, it was clear: we, young people, stand up for the environment, for labour rights, and for sustainable agricultural sector.
