Unfortunate what an injury does to a talented player. Very unlucky for Boyd, but I also understand Nashville's decision.
With other teams able to pick him up at a really low number, I would expect him to find a home sooner rather than later. We saw that with Leal last year.

Nashville SC have waived forward Tyler Boyd. The forward was a key player in 2024 after being traded from the LA Galaxy, but missed over a year with a torn ACL. Recovered at the end of 2025 to make six appearances, now leaves the club. Disappointing end.
