Por un lado bien porque es tremendo truño y se alarga a más no poder pero este año hay un poco de ruido en cuanto a anuncios.

Y luego la gente dice que estos premios no sirven para nada. Te pueden gustar más o menos pero tienen muchísima repercusión y además que se celebren después del Black Friday y cerca de Navidad con los descuentos hace mucho.

100% agree with every word
I think there's definitely a case to say Rebirth is the more fun and technically impressive game that I wouldn't disagree with it. It is also my GOTY too, in a way. However, when it comes down to story--the soul of an RPG for me, Metaphor just runs laps.

A lot of JRPGs are centered around the idea of ending racism/prejudice either at the forefront or background of the narratives, but I really think Metaphor Refantazio has the strongest and most well done implementation and exploration of it.

FFVII Rebirth director Hamaguchi says he wants the 3rd game to come out as quickly as possible, and then move on to digging deeper with other stories. He wants to heed the call to spotlight other parts of the game's universe and look at different characters (Daily Star, 11/21/24)
