Of all the Dutch children in this 1943 photo only the girl in the white dress, Felice Polak, survived the war.
All the others were murdered in concentration camps.
Felice spend many years visiting schools to tell her and their story, she died in 2019.

As with every year, we had a #BGStats 10x10 Challenge called FETE (From Essen to Essen), which included all the games we acquired at Spiel’24 or later. Yesterday, five days before Spiel’25, we made it!
