Ignoring the really poor colour choices & bad colouring (It’s exercise for a wonky wrist) Does anyone know who this is supposed to be?

I deleted Duolingo this morning. I had a 5 year streak (1966 days), in the top 0.01%, was #1 in the Diamond league every week but 1 (#2) for the last year & now I feel so free. Hope the Owl doesn’t come for me😂
