Great work from Bader Mian and the ProBE-PC group underscoring the issues with composite endpoints and the likely equivalence of TP and TR prostate biopsy. I still think TP is the way to go if you can do it safely and quickly but we shouldnt let that affect access and if you do

I just had one of the best weekends ever with my son at the @SpursOfficial game in London. Amazing how quickly they grow up. A reminder to hug your kids and spend time with them while you can.
