The future of the light rail is in jeopardy, with the TIP committee deciding on Dec. 17th if they should "re-evaluate" the Capitol extension. Phoenix must act—not stall—to deliver the transit options guaranteed by Proposition 104: tinyurl.com/yxpzj795
