Precinct has announced the commencement of a 638-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development at 256 Queen Street, Auckland

It will be completed for the 2029 academic year with Icon constructing the tower.

Construction has started at the University of Auckland on Building 230 (B230) that will provide academic offices, contemporary teaching spaces, student amenities, and a purpose-built performing arts facility.

Check out Pīrangi, a new 88 home development under construction in Point England as part of the Tāmaki Regeneration programme.

It is a mix of apartments and terraced houses, ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms, which will be social & shared ownership housing.
