Bluesky lawyer friends, I am confused by your world: How do all of the DOJ lawyers, Halligan, Blanche, Flentje, et al, get to remain members of the bar? Is it once you’re in, you’re in, with only rarest exceptions? I can get that sanctions are slow, but can’t understand that they’re non-existent.
