If Neil Collins doesn't get a shot in MLS within five years, burn it all down.
The statistical record of Collins' reign in Tampa Bay is as good as it gets, and you won't hear a bad word about the man. Terrific statement from Sacramento to get a class USL manager, one that can work with a very strong roster and template already in place.
