The anime Frieren literally conveys the exact feeling I get from watching any TV show where I'm like 'this is just a bloop in my experiences, I'm really apathetic of watching this show.' The character developing at the same pace as me experiencing the story feels like snapping out of dissociation.

DBZ could never have ended in the Cell saga because Teen Gohan literally ends at a negative arc. Everyone somehow convinced themselves its about accepting toxic masculinity; when DB's first arc established happiness as the theme of story, and realizing how desires and wishes are sometimes pseudo

Its interesting that Kiruko from Heavenly Delusion just has societal dysphoria and not body dysphoria. There is an incongruence between how he sees himself and how society treats him. Before accident, he kinda has a sissyboy vibe. I love seeing a character that doesn't fit the 'true' trans archetype
