Someone said I need a profile and some posts. Did I put the ‘psych’ in Psychotherapist? The ‘junc’ in Adjunct? Hmmm…Opinions and posts are my OWN.
Just in a constant state of grief and low level depression…still having to put on socks everyday like nothing is wrong…so messed up. The fact that it’s not of my own doing is even more messed up. I could appreciate when my own actions led to my distress.

A friend from the VA just sent this and asked me to share. PMDB is Prevention and Management of Disruptive Behavior in the workplace. THIS is the real war against women: being forced to say there are only 2 genders but not being allowed to mention 96% of violence is perpetrated by men.

Another way this feels similar to COVID — the disaster is already unfolding but the people in charge seem to think it’ll only impact “blue” areas.
I’m not sure the rest of the country fully grasps the panic and anger building in DC, MD, and VA.
The entire economy of this area is about to collapse. Paychecks are stopping. Careers are ruined. Taxes are about to plummet. Yet no one seems able to stop this madness.
