A long run for Gayle today... down to Puerto Lope, spotting the first olive pickers of the year, alongside Sierra Pelada, and onto the Sierra Parapanda for a handy 30km and 1,250m ascent.

Working a long hill for Luidmila today. We dropped down to Olivares and then ran / fast hiked a 700m climb before adding 30sec surges onto the descent. Ideal training for those trail races which incorporate a heavy climb followed by a fast descent.
