Sony exits [Japan-only] Blu-ray disc 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 market. It will continue to offer UHD BD 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧𝙨, for now.
This probably leaves Panasonic also the only brand active in the optical video disc recorder business.
