I usually like saying that there’s a 50% chance Izuru has a power/talent suited for a specific occasion. Mainly since we don’t know what exactly the scientists put in him or talents they gave him.

Realistically I am unsure how Vehxness and other hundred line characters fare in a multiverse setting given that whole thing nor do I really know how deep such things go. Game explains a lot but clearly a lot of the mechanics are still not fully explained. Lot can be boiled down to "Magic"
