If you fridge is full of turkey after Thanksgiving, feel free to use those leftovers to make @uaw.org President Walter Reuther's personal recipe for turkey mornay with broccoli. From his papers at the @reutherlibrary.bsky.social.
Recipe for turkey mornay with broccoli. Ingrediente: 1 package frozen broccoli, or 1 bunch fresh 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup flour 1 cup turkey broth made by simmering the giblets and neck in water, or canned chicken broth 1/2 cup light cream 1/2 cup sauterne Worcestershire sauce 2 cups cooked turkey, sliced or coarsely diced grated Parmesan cheese salt and pepper Cook the broccoli until tender. Drain, and arrange on bottom of greased casserole. Melt butter and stir in flour. Add turkey stock and cream. Cook, stirring, until blended and then add the wine and seasonings. Arrange the turkey on top of the broccoli. Pour in the sauce. Sprinkle the top lavishly with the grated cheese. Bake in a moderately hot oven (400 degrees) for 20 minutes, or until brown and bubbly. If you want to win the city-wide bar trivia tourney, take it to the next level and get an archivist. My grad school bar trivia team of future archivists had a future Jeopardy! super champion and another who qualified for the show. As a profession, we are somehow nerdier than librarians.

The long-running ideological war on libraries, education, and government workers is not separate from AI boosterism. It is the same ideological war on human knowledge and expertise. In some cases AI is being used to directly supercharge this effort:
