one of those books i finished and immediately wanted to start again from the beginning. these stories are intense and messy and rich and alive and everyone should read them (also put in english translation as “moldy strawberries”!!)

recently read the collection “fruiting bodies” by kathryn harlan and i think “fiddler, fool pair” might be my new favorite short story period. i’ve been really into fae-related stories for a while now but i don’t think i’ve ever read anything like this one
