I learned everything I know from my coaches and mentors. I know that they get a powerful experience too. So I feel quite comfortable coaching and mentoring the coaches and the mentors. It is a two way street where the lanes change size day to day year to year

"Pop-up shops" I have deployed in distributed XP teams. I join a semi-public virtual meeting for any collaborators to join. I do what I was gonna do anyways while making myself readily interruptible. It gives a team many chances per day to pair, demo and integrate feedback

One of the things I learned from TDD by Example (Beck, 2003) is to start small and breathe life into the unit one small step at a time

Also systems dealing in money are a great place to cut teeth for TDD because there are lots of pure functions

In this example what next test could a dev write?
