catbus' dead easy fried tofu:
1/2 pack extra firm tofu, cubed
1tb soy sauce
3tb cornstarch (+ whatever seasonings you like)
3tb oil
toss tofu w soy sauce, roll it in your cornstarch mixture then fry in oil in preheated nonstick pan, turning ever few minutes until browned all over, about 10 minutes
