Today, more cullings in a neighbouring city 💔. This mom and her pups were taken in by locals when the poison team arrived. The locals refused to let it happen and told them to leave or face consequences.

Alongside battling the cull order our normal rescue work is continuing. Meet Snuggles who is not very well. Sadly he has acute kidney and liver damage due to toxin exposure. He's not eating and is running a temperature. We think Snuggles is gorgeous, what do you say?

These are the dogs being hunted, poisoned, and killed. Mothers protecting their pups. Babies who haven’t even opened their eyes. Their only crime to exist. They are not violent. They are not a threat. Killing has never solved anything. What kind of society have we become 😢💔

Another day. More cullings. Don’t know what more to say or do 😢 These killings are blatant contempt of court, happening in full view, without shame or fear. It feels like this is exactly what the authorities want, to exhaust us, to break us, to silence us. And today it feels like they’re succeeding

Angus and Hetty were rescued as their mom was poisoned during the recent cullings. Both are malnourished, anemic and have flea infestations. Angus also has a infected leg injury. They are scared and not trusting, who could blame them after witnessing so much horror on the streets 😪

Mother dog with the fractured leg and her two pups was rescued today. As we did not have space at the shelter Umair @alisumair725 made arrangements for her and her babies with another organisation also helping animals. Please thank Umair for helping 🙏🏼 #togetherwecan

A rescue appeal from a neighbouring city, this time from pet owners. This poor dog was being teased by the local children and he retaliated. So then the neighbours were determined that he must be killed. We sent our driver immediately as we knew he would lose his life (1/2)..
