This is a hybrid between a shoal bass and a spotted bass. It would be a trophy for either species but Georgia doesn’t recognize these for awards. Interesting fact for you, shoal bass were disappearing in our area but now we are seeing a surge in these hybrid bass. #fishing

I caught this huge flathead catfish in Tennessee where monsters still hide in the deep parts of the river. After a quick pic I let it swim back to its deep home. #fishing #kayaking
