A7: Is the system running smoothly? No errors is a good thing. How's productivity? It should be at least as good as it was. How do the users feel? Is the new system a help or hindrance? Keep training!!! #collabtalk

A6: Training, training, and more training. As M365 changes after migration, train some more. Again, a consultant could be a big help here. #collabtalk

A5: EVERYONE, owners, managers, and employees must ALL be on the same page for the move to work smoothly #collabtalk

A4: The server/cloud/back end stuff likely is in that category. Time to think seriously about a consultant to help with the "short hair" stuff. #collabtalk
