I feel like people are forgetting the Trump administration stripped hundreds of thousands of people of legal status and work permits. That is probably playing a measurable role in this.

I am not even 100% sure that entire Democratic caucus will vote no. I mean we saw what happened in previous votings.
The Senate just passed the Big Ugly Bill.
Now, it’s heading back to the House for another vote.
