Really hurts my ability to reach out to people I know and like because I’m afraid because of odd/awkward things ive done/said in the past has made it so I’ve put people off from me
Which I guess is probably the reason I’m not much of a talker on streams and in conversation now that I think of it.

I know it’s not true, but no matter how much I tell myself that I know my friends care about me, there’s always the feeling of “am I being too much, too weird or am I not enough to this person to be worth being around”

I feel stuck in a cycle of wanting to hang out and do stuff with my friends irl and online, but am too anxious to do it cause I’m scared people I know wouldn’t want to hang out with me or I feel like my tendency to be awkward sometimes makes it hard to feel like people I know like being around me

This last while have been really not been great for me, not for any particular reason.
But I can’t really get out of my current depression and I can’t get rid of the stress and anxiety.
It’s really made it hard to talk and connect to people and to do the things I like.
