1 of my friends has this fun headcanon where eeyore Used to be blue when he was a newer plushie and it jus slowly faded to grey over the years. still wouldnt explain the skin-colored muzzle though </3
I have to imagine there is some corporate mandate to have Eeyore colored indigo here. In the films he is grey. Had they just stuck with that, there'd be no reason to change the bird's colors so they don't clash!
