50 YEARS AGO TODAY: BBC Schools' Near And Far talks wind. When people talk about unsettling theme tunes they understandably reach for Picture Box first but that's because more of them haven't heard this Radiophonic Workshop set to maximum creepiness.
of all the beautiful Frog & Toad stories this is possibly the best, and of all the lines in the books, this is the most moving, and of all the pictures in the books, this is the most poignant and full of love. A lot of love for these books.
“I saw the sun coming out,” said Frog. “I saw the birds sitting and singing in the tree. I saw my mother and father working in their garden. I saw flowers in the garden.”

according to digital distributors CD Baby, "Last year, 87% of tracks uploaded to streaming platforms didn’t reach 1,000 streams.". Phew. If that's true, then 87% of tracks played on Spotify last year got ZERO streaming payment from Spotify. (they only pay out if you reach 1000) 87%!!!!! 😱😡
