I did a cake shake for the first time last night and oh my god, I don't think I've ever felt so gravid and wide.
the shake was so thick and indulgent, I practically had a whole cake in my belly. (A literal bun in the oven lol)

I've definitely gotten fatter lately and its made me absolutely insatiable.
