I always feel so accomplished and proud when I do the most basic things haha!!
Like wow I showered, called the bank, vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen, changed the bed sheets, wrote 4 emails, paid bills and finalized monthly taxes in ONE DAY?!

guys im gonna kms because i phoned my bank because i had a booking in my bank account from the 12.01 that was the same as the 15.12. and when i clicked on the 12.01 it showed me the date of 15.12

I had my first proper work day today!! I've been struggling a lot with brain fog and exhaustion. I tried to sprinkle in some work in January but it's so sad how I barely was able to write 2 paragraphs in my journal and that was all I was able to do hahaha

A while ago I did 5.3 km in 32 minutes but I had to take a 10 minute break because I was so tired
Today I did 5.6km in 32 minutes without a break!!

I put a timer on my social media apps so now I can only use insta 10 mins a day and tiktok for 30 minutes
And it really annoys me how much I open the apps even when I don't do anything!! I hate how much brain space social media is taking up

I'm not sure how I can overcome the fear of forever being tied to the jayvik plushies. It makes me feel like it's the only thing I will ever sell and if I turn back into making new products, it will fail because I have no market audience anymore 😔
