Who knew that advocating for disruptive funeral practices would be part of my call? I love helping people discover the various ways we can faithfully return to the Creator and creation.

My church ladies want a class on the various denominations represented in our city. As I research them, I am sad that Jesus and the work of God get put into such a narrow box.

Mom brag: my daughter taught herself how to ride her bike. She took her time and did it her own way. She was persistent and resilient, staying out after the sun had gone down. Her little brother joined her, cheering her on. She is so proud of herself and her confidence is unmatched!

Gonna hang up this Oscar Romero quote in my office(s) to keep my preaching brave:

"A church that doesn't provoke any crisis, preach a gospel that doesn't unsettle...or a word of God that doesn't touch the real sin of the society in which it is being proclaimed: what kind of gospel is that?”

Hey, I’m Meg.

I’m curious about all things, like to think deeply, and read all the books. I also love reality TV, Diet Coke, and Christina Tosi’s baking.

I’m a certified Cosmic Kids yoga instructor and a certified sober coach but not at the same time.

My heart belongs to rocky coastlines.
